CentraleSupélec - Summer Camp Program

CentraleSupélec, the School of Engineering at Paris-Saclay University, of which it is also a founding member, is opening a new class exclusively for international students starting in the 2024-2025 fall academic year: the CentraleSupélec International Class (CINCS).

Objective: to enable them to prepare for access to undergraduate studies at Paris-Saclay University

Program

The program lasts a full academic year, including 500 hours of FLE teaching, methodology courses and fundamental scientific modules. At the end of the program, the student must both achieve at least level B2 in French (certified by a DELF/DALF diploma), the level required for admission to the undergraduate program, and be able to follow undergraduate courses taught at a French university, while mastering the methodology and concepts of scientific subjects.

Throughout the academic year, student support is at the heart of the CINCS. You will benefit from the support of dedicated supervisors and tools to provide you with everything you need to build your path to success and thrive in your first study experience in France:

  • You will be accommodated in a university residence in Paris to easily travel to the teaching location in downtown Paris.
  • You will be invited to attend open days, with the help of a dedicated team, to discover universities and schools, and to find out about the training courses you want.
  • You will be supported in your university application process.

Furthermore, in order to complete your experience in France and with a view to better integration into the university community and French society, numerous cultural and scientific activities will be organized, such as discovery of the city of Paris, visits to museums, sports meetings, scientific conferences and intercultural workshops, etc.

Through this class, you will experience the quality of teaching at CentraleSupélec, you will explore the multiple aspects of French society, you will be confident and perfectly at ease in your undergraduate studies at the university!

After completing all the courses in the program, you will be issued with a certificate from the French Engineering Preparation Establishment (CPIF).

A meal costs around 3,30 euros.

    The students:

    • Currently in my final year at a high school outside of France.
    • Non-French speakers, or those who already have some knowledge of the French language.

    The application file must contain the following elements:

    • Certificate of current education
    • High school report card
    • Cover letter
