Will Artificial Intelligence (AI) replace or radically change certain professions in the medical profession such as radiologists? The magazine Business Insider has just published a very interesting survey that includes the testimony of Maria Vakalopoulou, a researcher specialising in AI at CentraleSupélec.
Extract from her interview: "AI is not supposed to "replace people, but rather help them. What could be really good for a radiologist is to spend less time doing things that can be done by an AI or to get a second opinion thanks to technology."
