More than $1 million in pledges at the CentraleSupélec Foundation gala dinner in New York
A huge thank you to the US alumni community who mobilized with exceptional generosity during the CentraleSupélec Foundation fundraising gala, which was held in New York on October 16.
On October 16, the CentraleSupélec Foundation et Friends of CS, Inc. had the immense pleasure of organizing the CentraleSupélec gala dinner, at Museum of the City of New York, an exceptional moment at the heart of the fundraising campaign " Tomorrow is EngineerS ", which aims to make CentraleSupélec a world-class engineering school.
The evening began with a private tour of the museum, followed by a welcome cocktail reception that focused on reunions and new encounters between alumni from the American community. Dinner then brought together nearly 80 participants in an elegant, friendly, and inspiring atmosphere—punctuated by personal accounts, remarkable presentations, masterful musical interludes, and a few magic tricks!
We would like to thank our guests of honor: Romain Soubeyran, general director of CentraleSupélec, Olivier Goudet (87), major patron of the Foundation, Bernard Gault (81), President of the Foundation, Flavien Kulawik (94), chairman of the campaign committee and Rayan Ait Ekioui, a student at CentraleSupélec and ambassador for the Foundation. Their speeches strongly highlighted the importance of collective support for the school's influence.
Thanks to the exemplary mobilization of the CentraleSupélec US community, more than one hashtagmillion dollars in pledges were raised for the Foundation. This success is yet another testament to the strength of the bond that unites alumni with their school and their unwavering commitment to growing its ambition.
A huge thank you to all those who are helping to write, together, the future of CentraleSupélec.
