  • Le Center for Diversity and Inclusion (CeDI) wishes to take concrete action to make scientific studies accessible to everyone through various support and assistance actions.

In this context, the center created the "territory high school project" program to work over time with partner establishments based on needs expressed by the teaching community.

Thus, for 2025-2026, two projects will be carried out in partnership with establishments in Massy.

    Fustel High School in Coulanges

For the second year, the CeDI is offering: support for the 10 general second year classes, or 350 students, in the form of a three-stage course:

    1. Meetings with engineering students from CentraleSupélec to discover the engineering curriculum.
    2. Tours of the campus and the “A World of Math” exhibition.
    3. Workshops and visits led by partner organizations (Synchrotron SOLEIL CNRS/CEA; MISS of the University of Paris Saclay, the Institute of Plant Sciences of Paris-Saclay, etc.).

For 20 first-year students, regular tutoring by CentraleSupélec students, visits to laboratories and the CentraleSupelec Fab Lab, methodology and oral skills training will be set up.

Vilgénis High School “Engineering Pathway Scheme”

On this establishment, the partnership will take the following form:

o For their 1st and final year students with scientific option of weekly homework help by CentraleSupélec students.
o For the science specialty teachers and head teachers, training dedicated to scientific CPGE, the different access routes to engineering schools.
o For the families of second-year students specializing in scientific disciplines, a friendly and informative evening on campus.
