Vikass Monebhurrun of the Physics and Engineering of Electromagnetism (PIEM), Laboratory of Electrical and Electronic Engineering in Paris, is the 2019 recipient of the IEEE Standards Association (IEEE-SA) International Award with the mention: "For significant contributions to the development of international standards related to the fields of antennas and propagation".
This award is given annually to recognize an individual IEEE-SA member who has made an extraordinary contribution to the establishment of IEEE-SA as a world leader in standardization. The award will be presented at a ceremony to be held on November 8, 2019 at Hyatt New Brunswick, New Jersey, USA.
